At Lights, we want to ensure your home glows exactly as you imagined. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your lighting fixtures within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.
Pack with Care
Securely place the fixture in its original packaging, including all mounting hardware and instructions, to ensure the glass and delicate components are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered or removed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm it is in original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
